So, I pinned and all went well.

Now, the next day, as expected the area was slightly sore. No biggie. 3 days later, still sore and I can feel a little knot down there.

It doesnt hurt, no redness, no bruising, nothing visual. The 'knot' doesn't mold like clay (ie not a pocket of puss), it just feels like a tight muscle.

Is this normal for virgin ass cheeks? Lol

It's test enanthate and I did 250mg, doing the second 250 tonight and wanted to make sure my ass cheeks are acting normally.

More or less feels like someone socked me in the ass. Doesn't really hurt unless you push on it. It really does feel like a knot and the "pain" is a lot like a sore muscle.

Yeah I just finished my first cycle and it did suck the first couple of weeks. I did bodyweight squats and lunges for 5 minutes after injection to move it around and warm up the muscle. That really helped.

after i pin i like to massage the area for a few minutes and if at all possible jump in the hot shower..makes all the difference in the world with the regard to relaxing the muscles.

Why does everyone do glutes? I have pinned my quads my entire cycle and have minimal to zero pip. I do it right on the side of my quad in the upper thigh area. I pin my right. quad Monday and left quad Thursday.

I like quads also. I'll rotate that with shoulders if I need to, depending on injection frequency of my cycle.

I think quads are the easiest. Let me take you through pin day...I wake up in the morning at about 10 or 11am cause I'm unemployed, first thing is let my two little mongrels (Yorkie's) outside. Then I go back in my room open my little safe that has an old school TMNT sticker on it and grab my gear, no need to remove pants cause I just woke up then sit on my bed next to the night stand. I wipe off my vial with an alcohol swab and draw with a 23g needle, swab the injection area then I pin with a 25g 1" needle. Then I rise to my feet and think to myself "FUCK YEAH!!! MORE TEST IN THE GAS TANK!"

I don't understand why I decided to post that lol.
