Weak arm after abscess :(

Hi Guys

I need some advice.

I had a batch of test that ( I think ) was badly made and had bacteria in the oil.
The test worked but every jab was a sterile abscess and then one of them turned fucking nasty.
It lumped out so much and was one of the most painful things I've put up with.

Took some augmentin for it and it slowly went down over about 2 - 3 weeks.
Now though, around the site of the lump it has sunk in, like it had eaten the muscle.
It has left my left arm underdeveloped and a lot weaker in a certain area. I can feel the weakness the most when doing Hammers. its like at top of my arm almost where it meets the tri. Just utterly weak and I seem to have no power in it whatsoever, it almost feels like it isn't my arm when im doing the weights it just doesnt listen to me!

Anyone else had a problem like this? Is a Dr visit advised or shall I just stick to training my left harder for a while and do loads of reps on light weight DB's etc?

Really want to get my symmetry up and at least a little even in strength.

U never went to the doc for that? I had gotten an infection in the exact same area. I went to the doc and said my buddys wife gave me a b12 shot. He gave me some antibiotics and a shot in the ass. It cleared up within weeks. Never changed my strength or appearance of my arm.

Didn't see the doc. I actually went to see the doc about one of the earlier sterile ones and he just fobbed me off and gave me some pills for skin reactions due to alergies!!! Shit bastard, I never went back. I knew I wanted augmentin but he point blank refused.
I ended up having about 10 pills of aug that my friend gave me from his last abcsess.

hmm thats good for you, this is a pain in my ass.

Its my own damn fault for not getting it soon to quicker. I guess I'm gonna have to give lefty some extra tlc and ignore the right for a couple of weeks n see what happens.
