Hi Guys
I need some advice.
I had a batch of test that ( I think ) was badly made and had bacteria in the oil.
The test worked but every jab was a sterile abscess and then one of them turned fucking nasty.
It lumped out so much and was one of the most painful things I've put up with.
Took some augmentin for it and it slowly went down over about 2 - 3 weeks.
Now though, around the site of the lump it has sunk in, like it had eaten the muscle.
It has left my left arm underdeveloped and a lot weaker in a certain area. I can feel the weakness the most when doing Hammers. its like at top of my arm almost where it meets the tri. Just utterly weak and I seem to have no power in it whatsoever, it almost feels like it isn't my arm when im doing the weights it just doesnt listen to me!
Anyone else had a problem like this? Is a Dr visit advised or shall I just stick to training my left harder for a while and do loads of reps on light weight DB's etc?
Really want to get my symmetry up and at least a little even in strength.
