Hi guys, first time poster. Been lifting for years, researching for months, decided i am going to take the plunge....

My question is how do you guys weigh up your dosages.

For example if i have a 2.5mg letro pill and want to split it up to take 0.25mg do i simply cut it with a knife and weigh it on scales and the powder and whatever bit of pill i manage to split is what i take with some water....?

yes that would be a easy way to do it

Weight ONLY works with tablets, NOT with capsules. The active ingredient is actually a pretty small portion, while the rest is filler. In tablets, the distribution is uniform - caps, not so much.
