I’m not sure which forum this goes in, but I’m sure a mod will take care of that. In any case, I’m on a 10 week sus cycle and will be adding Winstrol (winny) around week 8 through 13, and as of right now I’m lifting heavy for low reps, and since I heard Winstrol (winny) is tough on the joints, should I go lighter weight/higher reps to ease up the stress on the joints? Input please.
