Ok so ive been lifting for football since i was like 14 im now 20 and not playing anymore, as a receiver i would workout to get stronger but not to get big where i lose speed. So now that i haven't been playing for a few months i wanted to put some size on. Ive been trying for a good 3-4 months to get some size but haven't seen any change in weight or looks. Im also not taking any protein or supplement i think thats a reason, can someone give me some recommendations on things to put size on and fast! thanks!
