weight loss help!

Hi all,

im 20 year old male 6"2 and weight 116kg, basically Im trying to get down to 95kg. I train 5-6 night per week for around 45 minutes - 1 hour. i eat relatively well.

Having lost 10kg already i have come to a stand still. Ive been looking at various methods that may help in this journey. clenbuterol seems to be pretty popular, and i am able to get it pretty easily here in AUS, however i have some questions regarding it:

1) im quite alergic to sulfa drugs, i have done a google search on this and couldnt find any info. does anybody know whether this would directly affect this allergy.

2) realistically if i did take this, what kind of precautions would i need to take.

3) If by reading the above, you can determine whether clenbuterol is not suitable, would you be able to reccomend something that may be more in order?

Unrelated to your Clen inquiry, I hit several weight loss plateaus when I was cutting last year. (Cut 40lbs - 18kg) And the only way I was able to break through each was to zig/zag my cals, combined with an off week (very little exercise for 5-7 days, maybe 1-2 cardio sessions just for metabolism sake).

Example: I was on a 2000 cal diet for cutting, very low fat. I would start the week with a 3000 cal day, then drop to 1500 the next, then back to 2000 for 2-3 days. Then did the same zig/zag at the end of the week.

The 3000 cal days were NOT cheat days, just ate double servings of the same clean food.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

Loss Your Fat

As your height is so good so you you have to lose your weight also according to your height.. The best way to losing the weight is to consume more and more water,exercise and avoid the fast food completely..his will helps you to loss your fat....

I think then you are addicted of fast food and that is why you are facing difficulty to loose the weight.My guess is not wrong then immediately leave all the types of fast and junk food.
