As stated my weight gain has stalled for a couple weeks now. How gradually should I up my calories and in what fashion should I add to my macros? Thanks for any feedback.

Have you had any cheat meals lately? Those are a good tool to shock your body, might not even need to tweak your diet might just need a cheat meal or day here and there!!! Your body is smart, it will eventually grow accustomed to whats being put into it and either stop shedding weight or putting on weight on your case, so a cheat is a good tool to shock your body, like kind of a reset so to speak.

Oh yeah I've never been scared of a good ole' cheat meal, especially since the weight has stalled. Had like 3/4 of a supreme pizza a few days ago... IT WAS GLORIOUS!

Oh buddy i just woke up and read this, now i want pizza haha. I killed half a new york deli pie couple days ago then the other half the next day, AWESOME!!

But hey you might just be at a plateau, up your carbs a bit in the meals you have carbs and see what happens, dont get stupid on it, but lets say yo have 4 meals with carbs a day add 25g to each meal for a total if 100g more per day, youll probably start to grow again. I know i do.

On a weight gain stall you want to add 10% to your calories to kickstart things - so around 345cals for you bro.

In terms of where to add the calories in terms of macros, its abit difficult to say without your stats but a general idea for bulking would be:

1-1.5g/lbm protein
0.5g/lbm fat
2-3g/lbm carbs

So looking at your weight see if you've got room to add into those macros but don't go over 345 (max) :)

Double It Up on the carbs, you have to eat and eat frequently - once every 2-3 hours would be your best bet if you really struggle to get those calories in. Something else that might help with your portions is to get bigger plates, as the bigger the plate the more food you will put on it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a healthy, balanced breakfast kick-starts your metabolism after a long night of not eating and gets your body ready for the day. Eating breakfast will give you more energy so you will be more active throughout the day, thus increasing your appetite further. Eat 4 to 6 small meals a day to avoid feeling overly full. I personally have a problem with my gut as I eat lots of breads and visit bakeries often, so give this a try as well. What a better way to stimulate your appetite than to visit a bakery with its freshly bakes breads smell.

That would be 375 cals. Already eat 6 meals a day on workout days (5 on off days) so I suppose I'll have to spread these macros throughout my meals. Wish me luck! Really trying to`get the hang of this dieting.

I"m sure you've posted your stats elsewhere but just wondering if you could re-iterate? If they're close to mine I can pm you my meal plan for bulking

I myself take a less scientific approach when it comes to nutrition, take this for whatever its worth to you Yoke. If i want to gain weight i up my carbs if i want to lose weight i lower them. Large abrupt adjustments arent necessary, add or subtract in small increments to see how your body reacts is going to be the best idea.
