Weighted Dips question?

fuckers.. i hate all of you lol ...

i do a couple sets of dips last.. and im just doin my bodyweight. i feel so drained from the shit b4 it, so i don't want to put on a weighted belt and not be able to get 1 up.. would be quite the embarassment since dips is right infron of all those cardio ppl :( ..lol ...

hey..... do dips first in you routine.
 
Work your way up slowly, dips without weight and perfect form are better than dips with weight done sloppily, on days that you feel stronger try to add a 25lb weight see how you do. But by all means use perfect form-go down deep and rise up in a controlled manner.

Dips are one of my favorite exercises.
 
can anyone advise of a web site that shows proper form for dips (chest)? I'm having a hard time doing them, and i think it's form related.
