Weighted Dips

Mulligan

CHOW CHOW PUSSY
I have changed my workout to low volume sets of 3reps on Bench, prob about 5 6 sets. Should I do them same with Dips.

50lbs x 3
50lbs x 3
75lbs x 3
100lb x 1 Just example

Well what do you think? :druggie:

Sounds like an ok idea, make sure your form is impeccable when you add a substantial amount of weight.

How do you know when your form is proper. Do know where I can get video?

i don't think i would want to do a one rep set of weighted dips.

sounds like an injury to the shoulder waiting to happen to me.

i would personally rather stick to sets of no less than 5 on weighted dips.

I agree with tman...thats the first thing i thought of before reading his reply. If i add weight to my body like that, I just do it with weighted chin ups. Not as harsh on the body and great for the Lats/back.
