Weird Bench problem

As of lately I have been cutting down on fat. Last time I checked I was 23.3%, but I am definately lower than that now. Even on a decreased amount of calories I have had a steady increase in weight on deads and squats. My last max was 505x6(deads) and 510x5(squats) on the same day. My bench however has been struggling, and even getting harder to keep up with my old numbers. My diet consists of what ever I can eat that is healthy at the dining hall at my university. What can I do to help my bench sittuation?

Currently the selection of food is as follows: eggs, egg whites, whole wheat toast, turkey subs, rice, chicken, beef, salad, pasta. Those are the only healthy things I can think of right now. I dont know the exact amount of calories I eat per day however I am guessing its close to 3000 +-200.

I've notice the more by BF drops the more my bench seems to drop a little. I've changed my routine lately so I've sheded some BF but gained what I lost in lean mass and even with no wieght change my bench is starting to drop. Try longer rests inbetween sets up to 5min see if that helps. Some of my other friends have experience the same thing so you wouldn't be unusuall for this happening to you.

Bench is my first lift to go south. Legs dont get affected by things nearly as much for me.
