i untucked my shirt by pulling it out from my sweat pants with my left hand and something popped in my front delt. the past month everytime i sleep it hurts awful. it does not hurt when i work out or if i am at work only when i try to crash of if i'm just sitting . now my arm keeps getting numb from my delt down to my forearm even to my hand. can.t take this s**t no more.
