Weird predicament...

Hi guys,
This is my first post here and I have a very specific query. I urge you to read and respond.

I am currently living in the US but will be stationed to Malaysia soon on a special assigment. My grandfather is founder and head of a Special Task Force which spearheads the resistance against the organized crime effort there.

I got an automatic pass into that Task Force because of my grandfather. My predicament is that the average life expectancy of an officer is 3 weeks there and the group is the best of the best.

I have a year to train here for it-- As of now I run 2 miles a day, excercise with medium weights, swim and keep a healthy diet.

However, I need to be much more physically adept than that.

Can someone suggest any excercises to increase stamina, grip strength (hand grip) and overall agility APART from pushing the limits little by little?. I also want some help on supplements that could be helpful to increase strength.

Mediatation and mind over matter excercises help a lot (Im a black belt in Karate) but im looking for something that leaves me yelping for help after Im done

RIGHT NOW I am 5'11 170 pounds.

:)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

As someone who lives in Malaysia, I call bullshit on this post. Being a police officer or law enforcement officer of any kind is about the safest job you can have in Malaysia. If you are really coming to Malaysia, which I doubt, then you'll be sitting on the corner eating your Nasi Lemak and collecting "coffee money" from organized crime just like everyone else in law enforcement.

ive benn to kula lampur in malasia. was only there for 4 days on port call circa 1999. cool city huge building, hot asian sluts. thats all i know. oh yeah they have a tgif there. i di ameretto shots till i puked.and than banged a 18 yr old prostitute at my hotel. she was tight as fuck.

Kuala Lumpur is actually an excellent place to live. My only complaints would be the traffic and the fact that there are VERY few dedicated lifters here. Women are gorgeous, great food, and legal gear in Thailand is a short flight away!

You can call BS all you want. Im not trying to prove the validity of my statements to you nor am I concerned with what you view as right or wrong.

Thank you guys for your input on everything....

And if you think (250ByXmas) that every law enforcement officer will accept bribes then you are wrong. Were not police.... were something else ;)

For now, sprinting and the 5x5 sounds good.

What you fail to understand is that there is NO effort to eliminate organized crime in Malaysia. The only crimes that are investigated in Malaysia are drug crimes, crimes against the state, and murder. If you want justice on any other type of crime, you have to explicitly pay the police to investigate.

Organized crime in Malaysia operates primarily in the same industries that 1930's American mafia worked - loan sharking, prostitution, and gambling. The police don't investigate because they are paid not to. If another group ("something else") as you put it, started to inconvenience organized crime, they would complain to the police, and the police would put a stop to it. There's too much money on the line.

If you are claiming to be part of some military unit, then you are Malay (as opposed to being Chinese). If you are Malay, you have no means of accessing the Chinese population that you would need in order to have access to the local mafia. If you are Chinese, then there's no future for you in a Malay military unit. If you are white, then your story makes no sense whatsoever, because you'd bring no value whatsoever to the operation.

You claim that you are being allowed into some sort of "elite team" that will fight organized crime and that most of these people die within the first 3 weeks. If this were true, then you'd be a total moron for signing up. I have several friends who are in the Malaysian special forces. They are about as "hardcore" as an average American infantry soldier. They make about $1000 USD a month (and this is for an officer). When a Malaysian soldier dies, it's big news here. Even if they were part of some "secret organization", they would still report the death. A campaign against organized crime would be well publicized (and make great reading in the papers).

Do you even speak any Bahasa? Saya Bumiputra?

The thing is, if your story were even vaguely true, it would be ridiculously easy to verify on your part without giving away anything about yout identity. Instead, you say "I don't care what you believe" and talk about being part of a mystery organization. Which is why I think it's BS.
