Well...like the subject line says: it's been a little while, and figured I would stick my head in and see how everything was going! I've been dieting and trying to cut down my BF for a few months, just to see what was hiding under all of that fat, and things are starting to look good! I was 275lbs before starting my diet, and am now running as 255lbs.......so that is at LEAST 20lbs of fat gone.....and I know that I have put on new muscle at the same time....I have been sticking with HRT while off cycle, and will start blasting again soon! I figured that with my 47th B-Day coming up in a couple of weeks, I might as well look as good as I can for it!
