How does one determine what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is going to work best? I seem to be educating my doctor as we go through this. I've gotten great info already, and unfirtunatly I can't oficially sign up with Maximus as I a, north on the 49th.

Any will work, if you need one (not everyone on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) does). Letro, Adex or stane (all slang names but if you type into google you'll find medical ones).

I like Anastrazole 1mg E5D.

Arimidex (anastrozole) is a good one to take. it has a longer halflife (48hours) so i prefer it for TRT.

Aromasin (Exemestane) is also a good also and works differently than adex. its suicidal so there wont be any e2 rebound if you were to run out and couldn't take any more. but the half life is about 27 hours.

Letrozole IMO should only be used if you dont respond well to the other two. Letro is a very strong Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and can crash your e2 easily.

Letro keeps my estrogen around 6. It is strong. If you have constant estrogen problems it is probably because it gets reactivated in the gut which means you could use calcium d glucarate. For some reason I get limp dick when I take arimidex.

Have you tried using Aromasin? seems like your using a grenade to kill a rat when a good 22lr would do the trick.

6 is WAY too low IMO.

dex is good if you keep an eye out for your lipids. the only drawback with aromasin is the price. good luck..

I actually am switching back to arimidex now. Letro just fatigues the shit out of me. It is very strong. Fatigue has been reported at all doses on that drug.
