Once I have completed this cycle I plan on doing 2 weeks of a an ECA stack.
I have also started doing 150 situps every other day, curls (3 set of 25 reps) and bench press (3 sets of 5 reps).
The reason that the upper body is so light is that I hurt my elbow earlier this year and have been trying to take it easy on it.

When I started back training I was up to 218 lbs and lost down to 213 lbs and hung up there I fluctuate between 213lbs and 210lbs. I'm drinking 1.5 gallons of water each day.

My arms are 15"
Kneck 17.5"
Chest 42"
Waist 36"
Thigh 24"
Calf 17.5"

I'm trying to drop some weight but it just does not seem to be happening. Can anybody offer up some advice. I have considered running a cycle of Anavar but I'm not sure about it.
Also the eating habits are pretty set in stone. Where I'm working at we do not have a lot of choices as to what we eat (think military on deployment). We are 13 hr a day 7 days a week. so I have get in and out of the gym as fast as possible so that I can keep up on my sleep.

OK...So I did the math
BMR-1999kcal
TEE-3440kcal
So I need to eat 2000 cal a day?
The choices of food where I'm at right now and will be for the next couple months are pretty limited. There is a lot of food just not what you would call healthy.

Yeaahhh... your eating is shite man!! Eat some god dam meat! some steaks, some chickens, some brown rice, green stuff more meat, peanut butter.. try a carb cycle :-) I'm a 126lb female and I prob eat 3 times that!!!

I just took a second look.. you are not eating anything.I'm trying to cut as well.

Training 6am.
Shake after.

meal: 1: 6 eggs and oats(with water) tad of honey
meal 2: protein shake/strawberris/spoon peanut butter
meal 3: chicken breast and sweet potato
meal 4: Turkey steak x2 with green veg
meal 5: Can tuna with brown pasta
meal 6: Chicken breast brown rice

This is a higher carb day as I cucle 2 low, 3 medium, 2 high. Cheat meal every 2nd week usually.. also drop into keto diet every 4th week.
Considered clen, will do it as a last resort but going to focus on diet for a couple of months first

Ok I get it eat more.
I sat down last night and went through what was available to me at the camp that I'm in and tried to get an idea of the protein/carb/fat contents. From what I can see the fat is killling me it pushes the calories way up there and again the food that I have access to is pretty limited. Is the fat a big enough issue to be worth lowering the proteins and carbs to get the calories back down?

Food Intake protien carbs fat calories
dressing 0.3 1 12 110

ribeye 63 40 625

Start with
220g pro
90g fat
400g carbs
Eat 80-90% of that with whole micronutrient dense foods and fill in with watever else it takes to hit your macros, do that for 2-3 weeks and log your weight every day take your average from first week compared to third week then re-adjust your diet bases on weight gain or loss

Too much milk, ,if your trying to cut, ,stay away from those shakes too syntha is good shit but not for cutting, ,

Individual food choices have zero impact on body composition, unless your talking single digit BF, it's total daily macros/cals that dictate body compisition.

Ok thanks. When it comes down to it this just sucks being stuck out in the middle of nowhere without being able to control what you eat. At best most of the foods that are availble to me I'm guessing about the calorie contents since I'm not cooking them. Imagine eating out of the lunch room cafateria.

Man bad food choices. For me when I'm cutting I eat cookies, pop tarts and ice cream right before bed. Nothing gets you leaner then eating ice cream before bed. Just hit your desired macros for the day and you'll be fine.

So according to your theory the carbs from a snickers bar are the same as the carbs from say a sweet potatoe...time to do more research

I hate it when people hop on here and... Oh hell nevermind, I made my point.
