What amount to run keto/t3/albut

I have never used these before so wanted to now how much I should take Ed of t3 albut and keto. I wanted to run it for a month strait.

1-4 keto 1mg every night
1-4 albut 1/2 cc 2.5mg 2x ed
1-4 t3 1/2 cc 100mcgs 2x ed
Don't know about the keto and do the other two look ok?

Is it true you should take keto at night because it will make you sleepy?

Drop the albuterol and get some clen
T3is highly catabolic would drop it or run it at a dose of 50mcg Ed
Take clen and t3 in the morning
Clen 2 weeks on and 2 off starting at 20 mcg and upping the dose till 120 mcg @ 20mcg ed
Don't know of keto gets yu sleepy I use benadryl take benadryl at night as it WILL get you sleepy
