what are some cheap protein sources?

My personal Dave if the Dymatize iso100, or Iso pure as far as powders. Both proteins are hydrolized & iso'd. They are about 50 in a shop but cheaper online. If youre talking cheap food, palates of 5 dozen eggs/canned tuna & canned chicken are portable and cheap as shit. But, in my opinion, I wouldn't reco trying to go cheap powder wise...you get what you pay for. Hope that helps!

Oh dude! One more, surprisingly...pork rinds! 0 carbs, decent protein content, and not a huge amount of sat fats. Plus they are just delicious!

Probably not palatable without a significant amount of salt.

Eggs, tuna, chicken and glory hole.

best bet is to go to a large warehouse market like costco and buy chicken in bulk.. its actually cheaper than buying whey believe it or not

And dont buy the pre-frozen stuff (in the freezer section) check how much sodium is in that. Buy fresh, get a vacuum sealer, buy in bulk. Save. And when you seal them, you can whip up simple marinades (that are low fat, sugar, etc..) and vacuum seal them marinading.

I'm on a tight budget too mate, Best things I could figure out:

-Tuna @ .70 a can
-Bodyfortress Protein 16$
-Sam's Club Chicken 1.88/lb (CHEAPEST CHICKEN IN US)
-Egg Whites @ 4.50 w/10 servings.
-Regular eggs
