What are your goals for the next few months?

The New Year will be upon us before we know it. Are there any goals you are shooting for within the next few months? Physical goal or training goal?
I want to maintain my weight. I'd like to stay between 145 and 150lbs. I have a hard time keeping weight on so I don't want to go below 145lbs. I don't care if I go above 150 as long as I stay fairly lean. So, that's my physical goal. I'd also like to put some more size on my arms.
In regards to my training, I'll always continue to strive to beat my bests! :D
 
Being only back to seriously training just over a month my immediate goal is to regain the mass I lost since my surgery back in May. At 118lbs now, my goal is to reach 130lbs by Christmas. When I started back I was at 116lbs so I'm definitely headed in the right direction and am quite pleased. :)
 
right now Im trying to gain as much lean mass as I can. Until Christmas. Im considering 2 competitions for this spring.

MuscleMania Maritimes is right here in Halifax, NS on march.6th. Ill be doing both the figure category as well as the fitness model search.
Then Ill be doing figure at the Nova Scotia Provincials on April 3rd. And depending how I do in those and if I can hold out that long, I may do the Atlantics which is usally in Moncton, NB the week after the NS's. gonna be a long spring! :afro:

Just like to say that those of you who really love this sport and are making progress are the ones who have inspired me to reach for my goals

my current goal is to increase my weight on squats
(currently lifting 85 llbs - 3 working sets to failure) and of course to truely have the "mind - body connection" which I'm sure will take years to develop

sounds like you have a busy schedule planned out yourself! you know you have my best wishes hun! :)
 
I graduate college in June, and it is my goal to be 135-140 at 15%bf,
Right now I'm about 145-150 and close to 19-20%bf I'm estimating.
It would be so nice to look great for my graduation cruise my dad is taking me on! Whoa Whooo :D
