This video was taken yesterday at Tribes Hill NY. Joel Toranzo blew both his tris out two years ago with 770, and had it almost land on his head. He didn't have surgery, and it wasn't realized until it was too late that the tendons had detached. He was told he would never lock out 500 lbs again. Yesterday he blew up 780, a 30 lb meet pr. This is what determination, hard work, and heart can do, not to mention his faith. I am truly proud to call Joel my friend and my coach.

I remember the days i use to workout with this dude, fucking hardcore sessions which really pushed me to my max. \m/ :agreed:

Another thing "i" think is beneficial is the environment which one trains and the people who train there too, it's motivation..

How did you get that video so soon?

Joel was a really nice guy. He gave me alot of encouragement at the meet dispite the fatc that he was lifting himself.
