What codec or program do you use to view the training videos

I'm trying to view the Needsize and Pullinbig videos and I get sound but no video. What are you people using to watch them?

Windows Media Player 9.x I dont see a special codec listed in the file.

id suggest saving the file to your desk top or create a folder to store them in and then view them.

damn they got windows media 10 now.
