What compound to add to TRT for mass?

I know this question has been asked before, but I have some very specific requirements / considerations.

Right now I'm on my first 400mg / week Test Cyp (pharma grade) cycle. This only raised my TT 700 points over my TRT protocol (160mg / week). As a result, the gains have been mild.

I'm looking ahead and planning my second cycle - staying at my TRT test cyp dose but adding a second compound.

I've tried low dose deca for joint health but found it put a hurt on my Thyroid (elevated TSH). I have sleep issues, so will not consider Tren. I also tried var, but didn't notice anything (sure, it could have been fake). But then again, Var is a very mild AAS.

What else could I add that has minimal sides but has the most benefit for adding mass? I have no issue leaning out with diet and training program (learned a lot from 3J while I was his client), but adding mass has been a challenge. I used up all the noob gains and have hit the wall.

How about the king of mass d bol ?????? Or if you want to try something a bit different run some ment
 
Wait. You recently experienced Noob gains, but now you have suddenly hit the wall? I would tend to think that your problem is your diet and training then. If I recall, you didn't put yourself in a caloric surplus the last time you ran a blast. And honestly, you should be able to make plenty of gains just at a TRT level with the right anabolic state.
 
A simple Dbol cycle will do the trick . 50mg for 6 weeks, then taper down from there to maintain gains. Run your normal AI protocol but then may need to add in low doses of Letro to keep aromatization from the Dbol down.
its simple , cheap, and highly effective for mass.

and you won't lose your gains if you taper down off of the Dbol and continue running test
 
Do as Roush said, really ya know keep it simple, hey that's what Simple Simon says. Can't go wrong with simple. Dbol and watch that E2 etc.... Oh and eat some damn calories.

If your doing 50mg for six weeks, how would you taper off?

after 6 weeks you drop down to about 30mg a day for about a week. Then after that you only take 20mg pre-workout (so maybe your taking it 4 days a week is all). Then after that drop it to 10mg pre-workout*. The idea here is to give your body enough time to acclimate to the new gains and continue to hold intercellular water retention . If you don't run Dbol long enough and you drop the dosage cold turkey then your body will shed the gains and seek homeostasis , but if you keep with the Dbol long enough , even if its just a low dose a few days a week (for several more weeks), you give your body time to adapt and then retain the gains.


*If your on TRT and not worried about hpta recovery, then you can run Dbol for fairly long periods of time for pre workout. A small 20mg dose is about equal to drinking a beer, in regards to your liver. just get blood work done and check. on the days you take dbol just up your AI dosage that day.

IF your like me and a lot of guys , Dbol at low doses is a 'feel good' compound , it picks you up, makes you feel positive and focused, and boosts your CNS, which all equates to more strength in the gym and ultimately more gains.
its not like other compounds that are similar in anabolism to Dbol, but that give you that toxic lethargic feeling.
 
Real oxandrolone is really nice and some HRT docs write it so it being legit shouldn't be an issue
Dbol bloats me and gives gyno, I would go Tbol if u can't get oxandrolone

Let me add a little more color. I used up all the noob gains after starting TRT about 1.5 years ago. This is why I started (first ever) blast.

Agree that diet is likely the culprit of why i'm not seeing much happen on this blast. As a result, have been increasing caloric intake; albeit in a slow and controlled manner. I also took Roush's advise in a previous thread and dialed back AI slightly from 1.5mg adex / week to 1mg week (this is my TRT AI dose)

1.5mg / week put my E2 at 26 (sensitive test).

My question in this thread is more of a forward planning exercise. I like to plan /research future cycles well in advance.

Ok, but you said you have hit the wall which usually means you have reached your genetic limit. Did you mean it in a different sense?
