What compound to take with test?

I have heard that gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time can be done with gear. Though I have heard it can be done naturally as well. My approach so far has been bulking and cutting. When bulking caloric surplus and when cutting caloric deficit. However I want to know which compound can be stacked with test to help me lean out as well as gain some size. And how would my calories have to be when doing this? Also I really do not want to take any orals which damage my liver.

If you have never cycled before then you need not stack any compound with test. A test only cycle would work. Keeping your diet In check will determine your results. But really, your either bulking or cutting. Pick one. You can make lean gains but you have to have your diet down pat
 
I am doing test only in my first cycle. The question was regarding later cycles if everything goes well in the first one. And Im just going to give an example. Lets say I take test and t3 for a cycle with a slight caloric surplus, supposing I have everything about my diet in check. Would this give me the effect Im looking for?

I don't have any experience with T3 so I can't comment on that. I've personally ran tren and test prop with a slight caloric surplus and got nice results. I am fairly lean to begin with tho. BUT BUT I AM NOT saying use tren. It's not for "inexperienced cyclers", if that makes sense. Maybe someone with T3 experience can chime in on that one.
 
I just gave t3 as an example since it is known as a cutting compound mostly. But how were your carbs when going on the test and tren? And no worries test only first cycle.

Just focus on your first cycle and see what kind of results you get. There's no need to start worrying about future cycles yet.
 
A recomp can be done on Test alone. Contact 3J he can get you started now. I've recomped with Test/Var/HGH with zero sides. Honestly it is going to come down to your diet. If you know your maintenance levels you can get there by slightly adjusting them.
