I'm just about 21 years old and have been hard at the gym for 5 years now. I'm 5ft10-5ft11 and currently around 160-165lb, I am quite a lean build and don't have much body fat, and can't seem to put on much weight. Im thinking about taking my fist ever cycle, and was wondering what you guys would recomend?
I'm wanting to bulk up but not excessively as I still want to maintain lean(ish)
