What days to take Adex : Optimally

I'm going to start Adex. My E2 is 112. My testosterone shot was yesterday. I thought I read somewhere that people take their Adex the day after a shot...anything to this? I plan on starting 0.25mg E3.5D. So, would something like this work:

Tuesday HCG + 0.25mg Adex
Friday Test + 0.25mg Adex

ETA: I managed to donate blood today...that should help with my hematocrit levels a bit.

I'm also wondering if the time of day is important when taking Adex? After a meal? Before the gym? etc...

.25mg every 3.5 days is a good idea. I would, however, switch to the day after your test shot, and 3.5 days later. Don't worry about timing with meals or workouts.

Careful you don't lower E2 too low....
no more than E3.5D's and monitor from there...
if I lower my E2 too much I get anxious.

the basic idea is that by taking arimidex the day after your testosterone injection, it will begin to take action as your testosterone starts to peak.
twice per week is great especially if you inject twice per week, which with your high estrogen you should be if you aren't already.
are we talking estrogen or estradiol of 112? If estradiol then .25mg 2x week is a good start. Always better to start low and go slow. Low estrogen is nothing to play with.

Effects should start very rapidly. By day 3 after taking my ai, I drop 3-5lbs of water, my skin clears up, morning erections are better, less emotional, blood pressure returns to a healthy range, gyno recedes.

For what it is worth, I take adex at the same time as my injections. It just comes down to making it easier to remember. Remembering to take it is more important to me that trying to zero in on the optimal timing.

I take my Adex same day as my TRT dose and then 3 days later again. And yes I sometimes forget the 2nd dose which pisses me off.

What about the timing of the hcg?
I take my TRT dose on Fridays and my HCG on Thurs morn and sunday night.... is that right?

The timing of the Anastrozole isn't that important as your protocol will be focused to have steady levels and an individual T/hCG injection will not create a large spike.

From TRT doses you noticed all this ?
