im 20 yrs old, 5'11 weight at 230 and dropping, im on some rotating clen and ecva while on t3 right now down from 250 bout 3 weeks ago because i just stopped a cycle and i lost a shit load of water weight. my training is pretty good i have been lifting for 6 years i would say and sense one of recent post " gear gone" i have to start and buy all my stuff over again so i was see what yall think i should do. here my Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) history:

1st cycle:
1-6 600 mgs deca
6-12 400 mgs test cyp
7-10 150 mgs winny
13-16 pro hormone(had a mild e blocker and a nat test booster in it)
no pct

1st cycle summary: was not quite a year ago, i was very uniformed on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) trough my local dealer(also was ripped off) i was bout 225 then gained a total of 10 lbs but shedded a bunch of fat, people thoguht i put on bout 25 by the change in my phyisque. i was strong naturally prior a shoulder opp. so i believed i gained well because of a bunc of unconditioned muscle i still had

2nd cycle:
1-9 600 mgs test cyp
1-6 50 mgs anadrol ed
no pct( it was taken with along the rest of my gear and had no money to buy more)

2nd cycle summary: went from 215 to 250 was intaking a shit load of cal's a day sum unclean, major jump in wieght didnt come till late in cycle thoguh as did strength gains went from high 300 bench press to 465. like i said ahd alot of bloat and medium fat gain i think both my drol and test was underdosed plus labels looked shitty.

now im doin this cutter phase with lots of cardio and a complete 180 on my diet eating 6 times a day health carbs tioll noon or so then i cut them off then mostly protein doin cardio everyday atleast 45 mins was for 1st 2 weeks doin 45 min twice a day so now a legit 230 have hit 225 if i worked out and missed a meal im gonna get down to 205-210 with a bf% under 10

for my next cycle i was thinkin test prop Winstrol (winny) and tren for some great strength gain and also some cutting effects, while also intaking alot cleaner calories this time and doin cardio during the cycle

i want to be eventually 230-240 at under 10%, im probably gonna be playing football next year and would liek to accomplish this before then

what do ayll think i should do for my next cycle i would love help!
 
whatever you do stay away from deca if your playing anything that will require drug testing(aas of course).

Make sure that you have post cycle therapy (pct) this time. If you don't have the money for it then don't do your cycle until you have enough. That is a good way to screw yourself in the end and it will only cause yourself more problems.! I'm sure some other guys got some good info for ya though too. Good luck!
 
yea i had the post cycle therapy (pct) then it got taken away from me with the rest of my aas, yes and im gonna be playing college ball, young or not i beleive i know more about nutrition and training then the average occasional gym goer and i also believe i reached a good time to start aas

any one have any cycle advie
 
I think your too young still to be using anabolics..I think you used too much for a first cycle and I think you should of read more and understood more about anabolics before you jumped in... Just my thoughts though... I wish you the best
 
dude you may know alot about nutrition and everything, but i think you should do a little more research about roid's man. your gonna do what ya wanna anyway so heres my 2 cents.

DO NOT TAKE THE DECA. read the steroid profiles and it will explain. keep your first cycle simple man. good luck.

if you cant afford clomid or nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) dont run a cycle . youve allready run 2 cycles so i wont go into your age but damn if your 1st cycle wasnt the most screwed up thing ive ever seen . you could have used what you spent on that cycle and run a good cycle with post cycle therapy (pct) and had money left over . never start cutting immediately post cycle , your EXTREMELY prone to loseing muscle post cycle because your natural test production has not had time to rebound yet . either do a cutter cycle and lose fat/weight while on cycle or wait a few months AFTER post cycle therapy (pct) and shed some fat . dont run t3 unless your on gear the chances of loseing lean mass are way to high . the prop/tren is fine but skip the winnie and use that money for a real post cycle therapy (pct) and FOOD .
 
livin with mo again so i have to food on lock and i have 2 good jobs, i know bout post cycle therapy (pct) and there importance, like i said i had already purchased post cycle therapy (pct) for my last cycle but it got taken away from me right before i needed it

ill be playin either quick de or mlb
