I've decided to try this routine..

Monday: chest/triceps

Wednesday: back/ biceps

Friday: shoulders/ legs


I'm currently training shoulders after chest and i can't get a good work out with them.. my shoulders are lagging and REALLY bring down the rest of my body!

What do you guys think on this new routine?
 
Some people swear by chest and tris! I feel when I do them both I don't get a good chest workout because my tris are dead. I prefer to keep them apart

Yeah well I normally just do like 1 set of tricep extension after chest, and they feel pumped. My shoulders is more wht I'm worried about they are lagging like fark
 
Me personally I do Back and legs on separate days, they are really large muscle groups and you will shock your CNS system if you work em hard. you'll need time to recover

I almost do the same as you but with this change:

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest and Tri's
Thursday off: (or cardio and abs if cutting)
Friday: Back and Bi's
 
Couldn't hurt, its always beneficial to mix it up a bit anyway so I'm sure you'll see some positive results.
 
I've found doing chest on its own and arms on their own day worked out best for me. Bis get plenty of work on back day and tris on chest. Then Friday I just finish them off.
