What do you guys wear to the gym, far as foot wear?

Depends for me, I have a home gym, and a membership.. To the gym I wear my cushion kicks, Nike - revolution 2 , If I'm doing wheels I'll toss on my Chuck Taylor's.. At home same thing, at times I'll squat in socks,but the chucks give me a sense of relief that I wont stub a toe so I slap them on for the most part!

thankfully Sydney is a little safer than out there! Given how fast I'm jogging I'm not as worried about people trying to mug me, more cars hitting me, hence the colours. I have a nice long-sleeved t-shirt that's fluro yellow to complement the shoes, it's almost the same reflection as road worker vests, makes you hard to miss.

I actually like these alot..I think I may get me a pair..love the color too

they fit to size so my regular size 11 feet work well for them. I hate when shoes run narrow/wide.

I never worn anything special back in my old days or now for that matter. However when I was squatting seriously I would wear my work boots. They had a bit of lift in the heal and were wide and flat at the ball. They also laced high for ankle support.
Just my 2 cents.
