what are some of your favorite foods that you cant eat because being on strict diet is all the more better? :rant: For me i miss pork fried rice. and portillos....
 
I give myself one 4 hours block per week. I used to go insane and consume ridiculous amounts of food during that block, but now it usually comes out to one very large meal. I usually do it following my workout. If I don't, I'd go crazy and completely fall of the wagon in terms of healthy eating.

When I was first starting to eat clean I would obsess about food. I would give myself one entire day to eat whatever I wanted, and believe me, i did! As I developed my body and started figuring out new recipes, etc, it became much easier to eat clean. I still give myself that 4 hours block, but it's not as bad as it used to be. Usually I'll just have something I normally don't have. Like pasta.
 
portillos is a chicago thing. "home of the best hotdogs" but their burgers beefs and ribs are prob the best in the midwest. my diet is strict right now.. chicken twice a day and top round steak for dinner it gets very bland after awhile and i crave chinese food...

Guys I have seen this over and over and did the same thing when I was younger! I ate so friggin clean for so long that Pizza Litteraly made me sick from the grease on it.

This is a huge recipe for failure. we need veriaty thats why you here people talk about cheat days.
 
theres only one Lagit time to cut every thing and be strict as hell and thats precontest if thats what you do.

3j didnt give me cheat days...its hard living in chicago.. best pizza, burgers, hotdogs and beefs....smh:dunno:
 
lol well listen to him don't waste your cash I guess. I'm just sayin I would never not give someone a cheat day. I would preach moderation though

3j didn't give u cheat days, but I'm also sure he doesn't have u just eatin 3 meals a day like u list above (2 chicken, I beef)... and come on... ur most likely not a pro or nationally competing bodybuilder so enjoy life a little... even the pros don't eat as clean as u think day in and day out...

if u have enough muscle on your body u can eat shitty food a lot more than u think as ur body will get read of it in a hurry...

we are here to live, not waiting to die ;)
 
yeah for sure. im sure when im done ill order a big pizza and fried rice!

o not at all im eat six meals a day. those two are just getting old 8 eggs for breakfast (7egg white) plus those two and turkey. plus im trying to cut. ive been stuck at 260 for awhile...trying to drop body fat and other stuff but after awhile its boring. but thats nice to know...about the pros not eating clean day in and day out... hmmmm:blue:
