Hey all, I am just looking for some opinions and/or tips on how I should proceed with my journey to getting ripped, as my results thus far have been way better then I hoped
. I was athletic in high school and pretty fit, and stayed decent for a little while, but let my self go. I am now 27 years old, 5'10", currently at 205 lbs, and I am guessing I am in the low 20ish range of % body fat. I was not working out whatsoever, eating only 1-2 big meals a day, drinking tons of soda, and eating usually late at night. Well I started working out twice a week(1-2 hours a pop), drink only water now(occasional beer, its the holidays), eat lots of salad, balance bars,oatmeal for breakfast here and there, nothing after 8pm. It has only been a month and I have lost 20 lbs already(im sure a good bit of that was water weight or something). I have not really been sticking to any kind of routine, training or diet wise, just fitting in what I can when I can. I am ready to take it to the next level though,as the quick results have got my motivation sky rocketing. Ultimately my goal is to just get a lean stomach and bulk up in the chest a bit for next summer. All my fat seems to be in the "spare tire" area around the bottom of the stomach, love handles and in the neck a little, otherwise the rest of my body is actually fairly lean. Suggestions?
