What do you think of this shake

I was reading some of the other shakes and I didn't have all the stuff so I threw some things together.


2 scoops whey protein powder
9 oz whole milk
1 tbl spoon of peanut butter
2 raw eggs
1 tbl spoon honey
3/4 cup of apple cinnamon oatmeal
and a couple ice cubes

I'm not really sure if that's good or not but damn it was tasty. Let me know if that's or not. I'm still a rookie in training so I'm allowed to make mistakes.

I also ate a can of tuna on the side.

theres no magic shake. It just depends on what nutrient ratios you need for that time of the day. If this fits into that then its fine. Protein is pretty high, about 95g off the top of my head, but if thats what your after...

u will get sick of that quick, i'd predict. go for simple, man. and why the raw eggs? you training to fight blubber lang (what's mr. t's name in rocky??)? course, i have 2 maids to cook my eggs for me - makes it easy.

2 raw eggs=e.coli contamination will put u out of the gym and not to mention incressed cholesterol. my .02

the chances of getting sick of, i believe its salmonella off the top of my head, but it could be e.coli, or both maybe, are less than 1%. As long as your eggs are fresh, refridgerated, not cracked, and clean, you are fine, and your chances are lessened even more.
