What doses of anastrozole "arimidex"?

Im doing my first cycle of 500mg test.
I'm looking at taking the arimidex to control bloat during cycle. I haven't had gyno issues but I'm only 13 days in and I'm already feeling like I'm looking bloated. I'm aiming to run this for 12 weeks.
I have 1mg tabs of anastrozole, I heard a good route to go was .5mg EOD but they do not split easily. Would 1 mg EOD or every third day be too much?

Use a knife. 1mg at a time is too much.
Next time take it right off the bat.
What were your e levels on your pre cycle blood work?

That bloat could be anything, even just the test.

I use 1/4 of a tab EOD on a typical cycle. everyone is different, so you'll have to learn your sweet spot.
Start trying to identify how you feel, and how it correlates to your AI dosage. Blood work in another 4 or 5 weeks will help too,
