Yeah but you don't necessarily want to block it as it works in conjunction with the rest of your systems inner workings to keep you stable and healthy and your body functioning correctly. Certain things like stress, poor eating habbits, smoking, too much coffee among other things can elevate cortisol levels. Hell, I've even heard working out causes cortisol to spike because of the stress your muscles are under during. You can do things to keep that from happening, at least somewhat. Essentially keeping cortisol levels at bay, so to speak, or low is what to aim for. But I don't think blocking it is the answer. I'd suggest to keep your body in an anabolic state as much as possible is the goal for us. I meant to clarify that this IS NOT THE ANSWER but tren supposedly has a cortisol "blocking" effect about it. But you don't want to go taking tren forever to block cortisol now would you???? You might shorten your life span if so.
