im currently holding quite a bit of b/f under my nips i kinda got a fold through my nip which goes diagnally under my armpit ( its not gyno ive seen 3 docs now all sayin it not its just fat) i think its been slowly goin on there since i started training , my bf isnt to high bout 14-15% i am dieting but i was wondering if there was a certain exercise i could do to help tighten up that area
