What happend

I was in the gym today, and was on the leg press, on my 6th rep I felt something in the back of my head near my nech POP, then my eyes went out of focus and felt like i was going to black out, i didnt drop the wheight, (thank god) but i dont want that shit to happen to me again. Can someone please tell me what happend.

any help would be appreciated

It is very challenging to assess this problem over the internet. Vaguely, it seems as though you may have pushed your head forward which many people do when straining and it caused a displacement of one of your vertebra. It was likely to be C6 or C7. This is not absolute as diagnosing over the internet is like shooting into the woods and hoping you hit a deer without ever seeing one. In the future be sure to keep your head upright. A lot of people lean bend their neck and head forward while performing shoulder exercises and over time this can create instablity in your cervical vertebrae segments.
