what happens if i dont remove the lump

How can you have a lump but no visible signs of gyno?

Anyway ... the lump may or may not go away on its own after discontinuing AAS.

I've had a marble sized lump in deeper tissue under the nip. You could not visibly see it.

Dude it will not go away on it's own no matter what anyone tells you. The only thing I have heard of using to try and force it away is letro. you can do a search on this to find out about applicable doses.

I had my mammaries removed so that I wouldn't have to deal with gyno again but then again I had it my whole life from puberty and it got worse with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use. If yours is recently developed gyno I've heard that letro can be effective against it and not as effective as what I had (lifelong gyno). This is what I have read and gathered. There are numerous other opinions such as the ones in this link about this very subject.

WRONG JIMMY BOY!!! Wanna come over here and feel my tits and you will feel no lump at all and I had a nice one durring cycle.

Reread the post Pop

It says gyno from a recent cycle may be reduced with letro while gyno you've had all your life may not. I'll pass on feeling yout tits though...unless you are going to wear a jockstrap and cowboy hat... LOL

Seriously, did you take any nolva or anything or did it just "go away" on it's own?

I will tell you that when I had mine removed the Doctor said that the glands went deeper into the chest than you can feel with your hand. Do you think it's possible that yours may have reduced but is probably still deeper in there where you cannot feel it?

Also Pop didn't you just post recently in another thread about some big gyno you have developed on this cycle? Do you think it could have been laying there dormant beneath where you could feel it and now that you are on cycle it came back faster? I believe that once you have it - you have it and your margin for growth without visibility becomes less with each cycle. This is my own opinion based on readings and first hand experience with gyno removal. Not saying you are wrong just stating my opinion.

I see what you are saying but my gyno that develops durring cycle will usually be gone by the time my Clomid Therapy is over without the use of Nolva or Letro. To fell for gyno I place my arm above my head and feel around the nipple right now I have a nice size growth but after cycle I will feel nothing at all. I can press deep into the musle and still I feel nothing Im fairly lean throughout my cycle and after so if it was there I would feel it. I do agree with you on gyno that was present since puberty that I do not believe can be shrunk with Letro or anything except surgery.

Certainly, if you have not had surgery, then the gland is in there somewhere. But when we say 'no gyno', we mean the the gyno is small enough that we cannot feel it there.

Can Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) induced gyno go away after a cycle w/o use of a SERM class or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) class drug? Absolutely. It happens all the time. However, it isn't something that many guys wish to test.

Jimmykick: Did you get the insurance to pay for the gyno surgery? Did you complain of pain to your physician? Do tell.

It puzzles me how puberty gyno can't be reversed by chemicals but steroid gyno can?
I believe it isn't the fact that the puberty occured during puberty, per se, but that gyno that has been there for many years doesn't like to atrophy in size.

Take for example women when they hit menopause. Their breasts don't just disappear. Or take the postmenopausal women using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), which in the case of Femara reduces serum estradiol by like ~97%....their breasts don't disappear either.

Of course, men and woman are different, but I mentioned women to make for an example.

i can feel it if i poke around but if i ripped my shirt off (in a realseductive manner playing porn music) you wouldnt know it was there..
i know letro and nolva could get rid of the lump but what im askin is will it do me any harm to leave it there

Not sure if it will more easily get bigger during your next cycle if it stays as it. Or if you will be more prone to lactation when you have elevated Prolactin.

The longer it stays, the more difficult it usually is to get rid of it.
