So right now I am losing a little over a lb a week and I just wanted to know what an acceptable rate to lose weight would be. Like if I try and cut more, to lose 2lbs per week, would this be a good or a bad thing?

Depends on where you are in terms of your goals and many other factors. The faster the rate of fat loss the increased chance of muscle loss as well. But heavier people can cut faster than if they were leaner. 1-2lbs is a good point of fat loss per wk though
So I'm about mid 20s bf %. Is it safe for me to cut more? Im pretty happy with my body but I wanna get some lower back fat gone and start to harden my abs if possible.

Mid 20s and sure you could go slightly faster but get enough protein in and keep an eye on body comp changes and strength. If you start to lose muscle mass and/or strength, slow down.
Agreed with what everyone said. At mid 20% you can probably go 3lbs a week until you get to 15-16%, then I'd go 1.5-2lbs per week and once your under 12% I wouldn't go faster than 1-1.5lbs/week (especially if natural). Good luck!
It is 100% physiologically impossible to keep all lean mass on a cut. With or without AAS. OP isn't on cycle so the numbers in this thread are pretty indicative of natty cutting.
