You're not fat. You got a great body for what you have avalible to you. The picture of the body you posted will take a while to get to. Think on terms of a couple of years (that's with the bigger arms). If you want to bulk I'm going to go against the grain and also recommend oats/oatmeal, potatoes and any other cheep carb you can get your hands on. Now is the time stack on some weight between now and February. In March start slowly losing weight and by June you will be looking for opportunities to take your shirt off in front of people.

Believe it or not you can get to your goal. When I was locked down I had one hour of weight time and I had to compete with killers to use those weights the food I got was design to sustane life and that's it. I was able to come out harder and bigger than when i went in.

Like the others said if you want it bad enough you will get it. Eat, workout, eat, rest, repeat that's all there is to it.

Is there anyway you can help me find how many calories I need to eat to bulk? My Bmr is 1850 Calories. I appreciate the kind words man I push myself in the gym everyday and I won't stop till I get where I want to be... just wish I could get all the food I need. I think it is cool that people in prison are able to get big with their limited resources.

How active are you? I'd say you could start out around 3300-3500calories for your bulk.

^^^this. A bulk is easy get enough protein while eating enough food to gain weight whether its prison issued or 5star restaurant only hanged the taste.
 
I workout 6 hours a day, hard, for about 45 minutes through a hour. Ok thanks, now I am going to go and try to make a meal plan.

You meAn you workout 6 days a week?? What about outside of lifting, do you work, play sports, watch tv, etc. how's your overall activity level not just in the gym.

I meant 6 days a week, 45 minutes per day in the gym lol.

That is about it, i spend the rest of my day doing school work and relaxing really.
