ok im and currently taking protien by optimum nutrition and creatine by prolab and my diet is fine taking in on average about 375-400g protien a day drinking lost of water ya ya. but i am not making gains fast enough i need to get to 375 bench by the end of may so like 4 to five months i am currently at 325 and my workout is fine i am going up but not as fast as i would like is there anything i can add to improve my strength more rapidly besides steroids or pro hormones???? also i am taking a multi v,zinc,magnesium,fish oil, glucosamine chondroitant, aslo i take the zinc,mag on empty stomach incase you were wondering ???? anyone help
