ok im and currently taking protien by optimum nutrition and creatine by prolab and my diet is fine taking in on average about 375-400g protien a day drinking lost of water ya ya. but i am not making gains fast enough i need to get to 375 bench by the end of may so like 4 to five months i am currently at 325 and my workout is fine i am going up but not as fast as i would like is there anything i can add to improve my strength more rapidly besides steroids or pro hormones???? also i am taking a multi v,zinc,magnesium,fish oil, glucosamine chondroitant, aslo i take the zinc,mag on empty stomach incase you were wondering ???? anyone help
 
by what i'm see here it looks like u have all ur bases covered ...and besides the steroids type stuff i dont think theres any thing on the market yet...actually i just think u wanna gain to rapidly how much are ur wts goin up weekly???by adding 5 lbs a week u'll hit ur wt and then some ...i really dont see a problem here ........
 
methoxy pro is a waste of time..i used it and think it is a fraud ...

you weigh 140 and bench 185??...not bad. i hope its 185 free not machine. anyways, is the pump tech made by muscle tech??
 
pump tech looked it up not impressed creatine would have been a better buy it all the same oh shit every other comp tries to sell u just all dolled up for muscle tech thats all....but if it works for u thats great .....and as far as the methoxy goes it works great for me and i wouldnt give it up....to each there own....hey muffdyver are u slick13???
 
so thats it there is nothing i can take to get there faster??? besides Methoxyisoflavone sounds like a new type or steroid to me?? i just wanna make sure i get it i dont max out very well so if im like 385 or whatever i should get it but i just wanna make sure im gonna get it

i believe if hes takin in the amount of protien he says he is, i dont think its neccissary to use bcaa's or l-arginine he should be gettin plenty of that through his protien hes consuming...the methoxy is not steroid at all it effects ur LH and increaes test lvl indirectly and increases nutrition partitioning(spelling) making better use of all that protien ur shoving down ur throat.. i would suggest the animal m-stack from universal, stacked with isostack from universal also....i ran them together with much success...i honestly dont think u need it though at the progress u say ur making...good luck
