I would say the most common adex dosage with that much test is .50mg to 1.00mg pee week. Start on the lower end and increase if blood work indicates more is needed. The Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would be split into two doses as well just like the test. You can take it at the same time as when you inject or the next day.

I'd start with arimidex at .5 divided into two dosages per week, taken the day after injeciton. You will need to keep a close eye on blood work, as plenty men will need more then .5mg on 200mgs per week plus hcg.

Monday-250iu hcg
Tuesday
Wednesday-100mg test, 250iu HCG
Thursday-.25mg arimidex
Friday-250 iu hcg
Saturday-100mg test
Sunday-.25mg arimidex

test bloods after 4-6 weeks, unless gyno symptoms present themselves earlier.

Megatron or anybody else who can answer, I now know that I should be taking .25 of arimidex every 3.5 days on 200mg of test a week not EOD. My sex drive was very high over the weekend. I took my last dose of .25 arimidex on Sunday on the EOD schedule. Monday I did not feel well and sex drive was going down around noon. I assumed my estradiol was too low, but I got bloodwork that Monday night just to make sure. My test had dropped from over 1500 to 1350. My estradiol had dropped from 56 to 20.3. Today, Tuesday, I feel better, but my sex drive is barely there. A couple of questions: 1. Given the half life of arimidex, how long will it take my estradiol and sex drive to come back, 2. Should I skip my next dose of arimidex on Thursday and resume the every 3.5 day schedule on Sunday?

Yeah, 20 is getting you to the low end of the range -- especially if you only ran the Regular Estradiol Assay.
I would skip your next Adex dose and then resume if you are starting to feel better. Give it about a week and you should be feeling better. Unfortunately, it is a lot easier to lower your E2 than it is to bring it back up.

Don't od on the arimidex. Take it twice per week, day after your injection.
20 is way low on a regular panel. If your test is above the range, realistically you should be over the normal range for estradiol (on a regular panel).
On 200mgs per week, your estradiol should come back pretty quickly.

Would increasing my Test dosage 1 week from 200 to 250 help bring things back faster. My total test is 1321, I'm not sure if that would help at all. Or, should I just wait for things to come back "on line" per what Megatron suggested originally? I'm just hoping sex drive is back by the weekend, Saturday. It was great this weekend. It just went down Monday after I took another .25 of adex Sunday which I guess tipped me over the line into too low.

Upping it to 250 in you next injection won't make an immediate difference. It takes long than that for the test to "release" from the ester. It sucks, but you just have to ride it out for a few more days.
I'm not trying to be complicated, but I just remembered I have some test propionate. Good idea or bad? Sorry. Patience is not one of my virtues, obviously

I was being impatient. I was able to get and maintain wood by Tuesday night. Today, Wednesday, my wood is strong and sex drive is good. I had great sex with the girlfriend. But, my bloat has come back. Would you still recommend me skipping my next dose? I take my 100mg shots of Test on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and I am taking the .25mg of adex day after my shot, as was suggested. So, skip the next dose, start again with the adex on Sunday after my Saturday shot, then continue with .25 adex Thursday and Saturday?

Thursday- pass on arimidex this week
