There's no universal dose with clen. Your tolerance to it can vary greatly from the next person. Start low 20-40mcg and work up every few days until sides are too bad. Unless you're using Ketotifen you should cycle it on and off every 2wks.
Without a sound nutritional program in place clen will not give you and results. With a sound nutritional program it has a slight benefit but nothing major. Just don't get your hopes up that it will have a drastic impact on your fat loss goals.
