What is this number on my ampule?

My amp is the new one on the right. I noticed the number is the same as an old batch. Is this the batch number? That surely means the amp is fake?

Not if its from the same batch, but some of the amps look longer, some shorter and filled differently.

Unless you can find a photo of a verified fake, you are guessing. This is why I don't use "pharm grade". The fake are sometimes better packaged than legit product. I got the cure when I bought 500 vials of fake omnadren.

I'm not saying its counterfeit, but it looks a little sketchy.
