what ive been eating

this is what ive been eating i am about 205lbs. does this look ok for cutting

8:00am protien shake and 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:30am apple and a nonfat sugar free yogurt
12:30pm 2 hard boiled eggs 1 hard boiled egg white
2:00pm tuna sandwich 2 cans ,low carb bread , alittle mustard,sprouts
4:00pm protien shake
5:30pm 3 hard boiled egg whites
8:30pm 1 chicken breast,2 cups romaine lettuce with some fat free italian dressing
10:00pm protien shake

1-2 gallons water spread throughout the day
 
Cut your meals back to 6. That is plenty to keep you anabolic. Also where is your carbs - Need those in there bud. Place them during breakfast, Preworkout and Postworkout.

Stick with whole foods. 4 out of those 6 meals should be whole. Shakes Morning and PW only.

Don't see any Red meat either.

That should get you started in looking at making a new plan.

Try and keep your totals at 1.5g Protein / lb and
carb in take between 1.75 and .75g / lb. varying ED
Fat should be around .25 and .5g / lb again varied (ie low carb higher fat)

opps still learning how to do everything on this site the right way sorry about that last one. thanks again DirkMoneyshot I will change my diet and see how that works out .
