What kind of cardio

My question is, which type of cardio is it best to do to hold muscle and burn fat?

High Intensity Interval Training or just steady pace for 30-40mins

i try to do steady pace for 40 minutes on the bike, at 75% of my max heart rate, so im keeping m heart rate around 140. Good Luck, when you do high intensity i think it burns muscle (but i dont know for sure).
 
Try sports... play soccer, football, basketball.

its getting nice outside why not take advantage.
 
I am holding as much as mass as possible for my up coming show, and for me 30 minutes of treadmill at 3.3 and 1% does me real good 5 times a week...
