sup guys,

I got bloodwork done the other day measuring my total test levels at about 380 and i was wondering if at the age of 21, thats a good number? Ive done some research and it says that its considered within the range of normal testosterone but at my age, an average should be at 700. I do see it affect me as if i do have extremely low test. can anyone recommend me a good supplement to boost it to the 600-700 levels? thanks

Average for you age is probably around 600. What time of the day did you get your blood test done? And did you check LH, FSH, Free T and E2?

Lifestyle changes may be able to increase you TT. There are no effective Test Boosters out there. If your TT is in hypogonadal range you can get on TRT or try a Restart unless you have Primary Hypogonadism.

I had that level at 19, never touched AAS/Prohormones and was living a healthy/gym orientated lifestyle. On TRT now, won't look back!

Are you suffering low t symptoms? A lot of guys have what would be considered low test by many, it isn't extremely low but it isn't what you want really, yet some people experience no symptoms at all and feel great/healthy. We don't always have to be at the top of the range, everyone is different.

But yes like Mega said, LH, FSH, Free T+Total T, E2, SHBG are all important and tell a lot more than just Free T. With those results we can see if you are suppressed still (if you have ever dabbled with AAS/Prohormones say so now, keep in mind some Natty test boosters are prohormones in disguise).

Just like my buddies mentioned^^ T is on the low side, could probably get it up with some lifestyle changes(depending where you are now). Further bloodwork could help too. Trt is a miracle, just make sure you really need it. Anymore questions, feel free to ask. Good luck
