What Part

That is a pretty vague fucking question. Dependent on many factors. Like Outlaw, I normally do multiple per day.
 
yeah I would usually do 2 parts, back/tris or chest/bis I try not to work tris when I hit chests because I feel like my tris are always weaker when i come to train them after chest for obvious reasons the same with back. but I also devote a day to legs.
