Football Tryouts for my College start in about a week. I need to know what diet/training schedule I should follow if I need to be 100% for the 5th of Feb. Should I not train the week of the tryouts? Should I stack up on carbs the night before the tryout? Any tips at all?

I personally would quit training like 4 days before and let your muscles totally heal and then I'd load up on carbs for like 2 days ...

You should be following a periodization program in the off season to peak your performance for the season. As far as rest, allow your body at least 4 full days rest before try outs and keep the carbs high the whole way through tryouts.

Oh, and one more thing: Don't go out there and make yourself look like some sort of jackass, like these walk-ons we've been getting here for the past ~2 weeks. I'm assuming that since you have stats like you do, that this shouldn't be a problem.

It's truly sad when a guy is trying out for the football team and can't even figure out how to run a drill right for offseason. And it's also sad to see these guys dying with like 195 on bench during their weightlifting sessions, when I as a freshman student trainer can do better than them..

You definately want to rest for the 4 or 5 days before as everyone else says.
If you are a nervous athlete who find there sleep affected make sure you get an early night the night before the night before your try out. That way you will be rested.
Also the day before do a standard warm up just to get your blood flowing.

One more question, should I keep taking creatine up til, and even the day of the TO? Thanks

Keep taking it. If these trials are wieght dependent it is too late to lose any of the additional weight it might have added plus I always feel a very slight come down coming of it.

Good luck and remeber "emotional content not anger" positive emotions for positive results.
