What should I take?

I have been lifting for a long time. I am thinking about trying anabolic steroids for the first time. I am 5 feet 4 inches. I am 147 pounds. I would like to loose 20 pounds. I work out a lot. I stick to the basics. Bench squat and deadlight. Triceps and back exercise as well. I compete in powerlifting . I am also a woman and I am 44. I am fit. I carry all my weight in the stomach area.
For the most part I am solid. I want to train for a fitness show. I have never done this before. What type of steroids do you recommend, how much dosage should I take and how long of a cycle? I don’t want to look freakishly big like a body builder, not that there is anything wrong with that, I just want to drop 20 pounds and see the definition form the workouts I have been doing with powerlifting. I have 13 and ½ inch biceps if that gives you clue as to my size. I deadlift 250, Bench 125, and Squat 155. Also can I still take my Mass Amino tabs? Any advice at all would be helpfully. Diet Supplements etc..
I start my diet tomorrow 19 weeks out or is this to early to cut carbs? Diet looks like this:

In-Season (add during off-season)
1. 6 egg whites and 1/2 C oatmeal (add 1 slice whole wheat toast)
2. Protein shake and a hand full of almonds (add 1 medium green apple)
3. 6oz fish with mixed greens (add 1 C brown rice)
4. 3/4 C low-fat yogurt
5. Protein shake (add 1 C orange juice)
6. 4oz Chicken breast and steamed veggies (add 1 medium yam)

I do cheat once in a while but for the most part I eat clean. I love the sport of powerlifting because I can cheat If I want and there is no bad effects to that. I realize that for the next week I can not very from this diet or it will set me back.

Any advise? :help:
 
A. do not take steroids, you are not ready and they wont help you lose weight. they also have very serious side effects for women and many are irreversible. possession can equal jail time, something many beginners seem to overlook. do more research and focus on the effects on women, i think that will help change your mind.
B. female fitness competitors are intense, if you are referring to an actual 'fitness' competition. you should probably consider doing a figure show and not fitness.
C. when dieting, you will lose alot of strength. if strength is your game, then its going to make dieting very difficult for you.
D. your diet is alright, let me make a few suggestions:
1. 6 egg whites, .5c oatmeal (drop the toast)
2. 1.5 scoop protein shake (with water) drop the almonds, keep the apple
3. 6 oz. fish with greens and .5c brown rice
4. 1.5 scoop protein shake with water (drop the orange juice)
5. 4 oz. lean beef with greens
6. 3/4c fat free cottage cheese, 1 oz. nuts.
* your carbs were too high.
E. i wouldnt incorporate cheating until you hit a plateau with your weight loss. and then, be moderate and keep it at one meal/wk.
F. as far as supplements go, check out yohimbine hcl, cla, a multivitamin, l-carnitine, and possibly ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin (ECA) stack.
G. when dieting, put your cardio as first priority. your workouts/strength will suffer but will go back to normal once you stop dieting.
