What should i work on this month?

So I worked out on and off January. February was my major workout month.
I stacked sterodrol furostan creatine pink Magic and like 40 ish grams of protein a day.
I have gone to the gym everyday with guys who have experience in working out And I have hot only upper body this past monthn mainly bis tris and some chest and shoulders and a little back.
I didn't see as much improvement in my bench press only like.. 30ish lbs up but I have visible differences in muscle size of arms.
I gained about ten lbs almost all muscle so far.

What should I work on? I want to get some legs in but I really want to continue working on upper body.

Whats your gym schedule like now it sounds a bit all over the place and also your diet, your only consuming 40g a day? i consume 40g a meal x 8-10 daily!

Your bench will also increase from major other exercises. since i started doing heavier squats ive noticed my deadlifs have increased 20kg in a short time and therefore helping my bench

try split ur routine up into one day upper one day legs or split 4 days a week like, chest/triceps, back/biceps, rest, legs, shoulders(traps and delts) rest
 
My Diet

Honestly my diet is completely shit. I eat like a pig. I have pretty bad self control when it comes to that. I know how to diet just love ma sweets.
Im thinking ill go buy a whole bunch of protein very soon and start getting at least 100 g of protein.
My legs are weak as shit though.
 
e-mail john meadows or shelby starnes. they are great nutritionists and can do a workout plan for you too. hiring one of them would be a great idea.
