MULTI vitamins are exactly what they sound like...
It is usually one or two pills taken daily that have multiple vitamins in one pill. No matter what kind of diet you are on you are not getting the recomended dosage of each vitamin out there (especially if you are on a low carb diet). Everyone should take a multi daily.
but why when someone asks "what supplements do you take to get big?" they mention like creaitne or glutamine or what ever but that also mention a multi vitamin....that doesnt help tyou get big.
Sure it does man. If you haven't realized already that diet is the most important thing to a lifter then I suggest you keep reading until you do. A multivitamin allows you to get in a good supply of vitamins and minerals that your body can use to maximize growth.
ummm, outta of all the things i do know, i would have to say that i no 100% that diet is the most important factor in gaining muscle. its just that i didnt think "vitamins" would really help. but now i know
